Relaxing Aromatherapy Recipe: "Unwind" Bath Salts

Combine These Aromatherapy Oils and Ingredients:

1 drop Roman Chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile) essential oil
1 drop Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens) essential oil
1 drop Lavender (Lavandula augustifolia) essential oil
1 drop Mandarin (Citrus reticulata) essential oil
1/2 cup Epsom salts or bath salts

How to make bath salts: Stir essential oils into bath salts, and pour the mixture under running water in the tub.
